Today we drove to Thamba Private Game Reserve. There WTF sponsored an elephant and rhino collaring. This happend after a vet darted them from an helicopter. We could touch both animals. Soo cool.

touching the elephant…very nice. I also touched it`s ears. They were really soft. After that we drove to see the collaring of a black rhino. It was a female. She had chased pouchers. They were afraid of her.
The black rhino female had been darted. The eyes are covered with a cloth to avoid the stress. She is pregnant.
The The conservation manager puts the collar on the leg. The horns had been measured.

We had a nice lunch with Kevin and Greg. Tori went on a short leave because her brother came to visit with his new wife.
